As an Account Manager specializing in IP at Nokia in Southern and Eastern Africa, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic Sales team, driving new business opportunities across innovative technologies and solutions for Data Centre players and Mission Critical Network. Collaborating closely with pre-sales professionals, you will leverage your commercial and strategic expertise to craft compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with clients' unique needs, ultimately influencing their buying decisions. The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, where creativity and initiative are highly valued. You will be empowered to develop and implement growth strategies, engage with key accounts, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Your contributions will not only shape our current business landscape but also set the stage for future advancements at Nokia, making this role essential to our success in the market.



 

Identify and create new business opportunities across emerging markets, technologies, and Data Center and Mission Critical Networks.

Develop and implement growth strategies to leverage market trends, ensuring strong positioning of Nokia's IP solutions with Data Centre and Mission Critical Networks.

Engage with clients to understand their business drivers and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

Lead investment proposals and contribute to innovative business models that drive sales impact.

Lead local program execution, serving as the key interface for major accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive initiatives for customer diversification, actively sharing best practices and fostering collaboration within the team.

Design and implement tools and processes to support sales efforts and enhance operational efficiency.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving strategic alignment.
