ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Ensure day to day maintenance of plant and equipment to minimize downtime whilst proactively track and monitor agreed maintenance schedules/job cards.
- Provide feedback on Continuous Improvement suggestions and project status.
- Make sure fault rectification complies with legislation in situations where deviations are required and must be escalated for approval.
- Make sure investigations, evaluations and resolution of problems are identified inclusive of Health and Safety for safe working standards.
- Make sure effective execution of planning and administration for efficient preventative maintenance including the ordering of parts and coordinating of contractors.
- Apply all HSE safety principles, rules and requirements at all times and escalate any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Qualified Electrician Section 13.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Must have instrumentation experience including calibration and fault finding.
- Experience with set up and commission of variable frequency Drives.
- Proven track record driving projects and initiatives including process improvement and efficiency projects.
- Familiarity with Lean Systems or other continuous improvement methodologies.
