Role Overview
We’re seeking detail-oriented Technical Support Officers to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide critical offsite technical assistance and support to our supplier network, ensuring our life-saving technology operates flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to suppliers, resolving issues efficiently
- Manage and update the technical support system with accurate issue tracking and resolution records
- Handle multiple support tickets, ensuring service levels are met
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting suppliers, control rooms, and response officers
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless problem resolution
- Assist with managing device and accessory inventory

- Basic technical knowledge of devices, operating systems, and software applications
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
- Professional, patient, and attentive in communications with external stakeholders
- Clear communicator able to simplify technical information for non-technical users
