An award winning five-star boutique hotel in Umhlanga Rocks requires a PA to the business owners, who will also be required to assist with administrative duties, reservations and guest relations. The candidate must have had experience in a similar small establishment as a hands-on approach is required. An excellent telephone manner and good spelling and grammar is essential for communicating with stakeholders and guests accurately and efficiently. Strong administrative skills and an ability to work in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are also required, while previous experience on Nightsbridge is advantageous.

The ability to problem-solve, work under pressure and be dependable are essential as is having an accurate eye for attention to detail. The position is live-out and the applicant is required to currently reside in Durban. Driver's license and own transport is preferable.
