Key Responsibilities
- Distribute marketing flyers in high-traffic areas such as traffic lights, mall entrances, and parking lots.
- Actively promote and sell store products within your designated area.
- Assist customers in selecting curtains and blinds by providing expert advice on fabric types, colour schemes, window measurements, and design options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer in-depth knowledge to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Participate in local brand marketing campaigns and community outreach events.
- Submit regular sales reports and customer feedback to your supervisor.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience is advantageous, but not essential—full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Must be based in or near East London.
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively in a team environment.
