- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pick-up in Richard's absence
- Back-order management for pending orders
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products - Richards back up
- General Inventory stock queries & pricing queries
- Dealer courier quote request and delivery arrangement
- Air and Sea freight back -order release and management
- Resolving variances and follow-up on queries
- Warehouse serial requests
- Local stock procurement
- General Admin Functions not limited to the above
