What You’ll Do:
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event service areas
- Assist with staff scheduling, supervision, and training to ensure a high-performing team
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards and respond to customer feedback professionally
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering and control
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety compliance across all F&B departments
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service flow
- Help plan and execute special events, promotions, or seasonal menus
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant F&B management role (hospitality background essential)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
- Knowledge of food safety standards and POS systems
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
