Tessa's Bakery in the Willowbridge Shopping Centre is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all day-to-day operations of our busy retail bakery location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating sales associates
- Handle cash management, inventory, and other administrative duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a brand ambassador for Tessa's
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including late shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling
- Passion for baked goods and providing superior customer experiences
- Willingness to work a varied schedule
- Own transport advantageous
