Job Description
To deliver a quality service and manage service gaps realised by clients as they engage through the bank's various touchpoints. Deepen bank-client relationships primarily focused on lending and transactional product entrenchment and uptake on the bank's rewards programme. Mainly driven via campaigns execution and reactive response to client demands.

1-2 years
- 3-4 Years experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen
- Analyse customers’ financial behaviour, current product holding and short to long term financial needs
- Apply discretion to act on client instructions within defined mandate and escalate where applicable
- Identify business opportunities and create additional sales for future growth.
- Ability to retain existing customers or clients, diagnose their needs and present product feature and benefits to retain their business.
