Our client is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead a busy bar team within their popular hotel restaurant.

You will manage day-to-day bar operations, monitor stock levels, ensure adherence to hygiene standards, and mentor junior bar staff.
A sound understanding of customer service, product knowledge, and team dynamics is crucial.

2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory bar role

Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer interaction and conflict resolution skills

Flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends
