Responsibilities:
There are a growing number of tasks and activities that the business is identifying that can be carried out by a Finance Administration Assistant. Appropriate supervision and training will be given for bespoke internal systems.
Example Activities:
These include but may not be limited to:
- Log in to and enter information on client portals relating to invoices
- Enter information on internal systems
- Check billing and other information and query apparent errors
- Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Provide general data entry and administration support as needed.
Knowledge and Experience:
- High School Diploma and some Tertiary qualification such as a bookkeeping qualification or other business diploma.
- 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Competent computer skills to be able to navigate websites and to use and switch between programs and websites; and
- Data entry into a computer quickly and accurately.

- Ability to think logically and follow instructions.
- Confident to raise issues when seeing error and to challenge processes as required; and
- Numerate
