BOH Manager required for a busy restaurant group.
Requirement:
Must be a trained chef, provide certificate or diploma.
Steak house experience advantageous.
Meat Cutting as a primary skill.
Must have knowledge of GAAP or Pilot POS
Own Transport NB!
Must be able to work shifts.
Good leadership skills are non-negotiable as this position will be leading a full team.
Good understanding of the industry and its demands.
