In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing a high volume of supplier invoices, managing accounts, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure payments are made on time.
You’ll be part of a friendly and focused local team, collaborating with colleagues based in the UK. It’s a role that offers variety, challenge, and the chance to contribute to a key part of the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Processing high volumes of supplier invoices with precision and speed
· Ensuring correct coding to cost centres and departments
· Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes
· Preparing payments and remittances in line with agreed terms
· Managing supplier accounts and verifying details
· Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
· Liaising with internal teams (procurement, facilities, brand, depots) to resolve queries
· Monitoring the accounts payable inbox and responding promptly
· Supporting month end close processes, including accruals and aged creditor reporting
· Identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems
What We're Looking For:
- You’ve got 3+ years experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable
- You’re known for your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- You’re a confident communicator, both written and verbal
- You bring a proactive, problem solving attitude and love working as part of a team
- You’re comfortable using accounting software (ideally Dynamics 365)
- You’ve got strong Excel skills, including regular use of formulas
- You’re adaptable and able to flex with business needs across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
- Flexible and able to work UK hours
