Comessa Foods Services is looking for a recently qualified, young, energetic BCom person who has both Accounting and MIS knowledge to take up the position as a Business Administrator.
The Business Administrator will support various Departments such as Finance, Production and Sales and Marketing in financial management and compile data reports to make decisions. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and improving financial reporting, improving business data reporting, and strengthening internal financial and business processing reports.

Key Objectives
- Accuracy & Efficiency: Track invoices, monitor occupancy, and assist with monthly closings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop monthly financial, sales and production reports highlighting revenue, costs, and trend analysis.
- Processes & Controls: Standardise accounts payable, review internal controls, and keep accurate records per company policies.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with the Accounts Manager.
- Accounts: Manage payables/receivables, generate invoices, reconcile income.
- Budgeting Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining business budgets.
- Business Reporting – Compiling various business reports.
- Able to work on our MIS System – develop and report
- Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Software systems for Admin: Ensure timely and accurate invoice distribution via Software systems.

Requirements
- Qualifications: BCom in Accounting and Information Systems or Business Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Xero, G-Suite, MS Office, Familiar with Artificial Intelligence Management Systems.
