Outbound Call Centre Manager - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing outbound call centre team.
- Performance Management: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing new leads and managing existing data.
- Sales Strategy: Refine and optimize our cold-calling scripts and sales processes.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market feedback to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
- A highly motivated individual that is fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Proven experience as an Outbound Call Centre Manager, specifically in the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Experience with cold-calling and an understanding of the sales cycle.
- A track record of effective lead generation and data management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive basic salary plus a generous commission structure based on team performance.
