Car Wash Supervisor

• - Oversee daily activities of car wash attendants and team members and ensure that their duties are being fulfilled as per the attached.
• - Assign tasks and manage schedules, including breaks and shift rotations.
• - Train new employees on safety procedures, equipment use, and customer service.
• - Deal with disciplinary issues relating to the staff.

• - Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality standards are met.
• - Address and resolve any customer complaints regarding service quality.
• - Perform regular checks on washing supplies and materials for effective cleaning.

• - Monitor and maintain car wash equipment to ensure proper function.
• - Coordinate with maintenance for any equipment repairs or replacements.
• - Keep track of cleaning supplies, reorder as needed and ensure proper storage.

• - Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with selecting service packages.
• - Handle customer complaints and offer solutions to improve satisfaction.
• - Educate customers on additional services or upgrades.

• - Enforce safety policies to prevent injuries or accidents.
• - Ensure proper use of protective gear and equipment by all team members.
• - Provide ongoing training for employees on safety protocols.

• - Track usage of cleaning agents, soaps, wax, and other supplies.

• - Plan and post weekly shift schedules for the car wash staff.
• - Manage staffing levels to meet peak hours and demand.
• - Coordinate time-off requests and handle staffing adjustments as needed.

• - Ensure the car wash site, waiting area, and staff areas are clean and organized.
• - Organize cleaning supplies and tools for easy access and efficiency.
• - Set up and enforce protocols for cleaning and maintaining the car wash area.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Umhlali, KwaZulu-Natal 4420: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
