We’re looking for a detail-oriented Cashbook Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily banking transactions, loading payments and transfers, performing bank and petty cash reconciliations, and supporting creditors processing across multiple entities. Key duties include managing online banking platforms, capturing transactions in Pastel, assisting with cash flow forecasting, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records in line with internal controls.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of online banking and Pastel
- Excellent reconciliation and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cashbook and creditors (local and foreign) processing and invoicing.
- Previous experience on ERP System (Pastel will be to your advantage)
