Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Optimize and manage the main warehouse and Service Centre spare parts.
- Track and monitor slow moving spare parts and shortages
- Complete spare part application orders, conduct forecastings, and provide spare part turnover rate and risk management analysis
- Inventory management - Weekly and Monthly stock take planning and auditing
Verify HQ reimbursement data such as deduction data, price drop and financial reports
- Manage defective handsets and sale of refurbished/returns to second hand dealers
- Provide temporary or permanent solutions for shortages of spare parts
- Liaise with the Product and Supply Chain department regarding customs, clearance, purchasing of (new) parts and conducting a cost analysis .
- Query spare parts price, adjustment and update BOM.
- Settle repair/inspection work orders
- Manage, inspect and audit insurance orders and the entire handset cycle
- Dispose of defective spare parts effectively and safely
- Analyze failure & accident rate and conduct competitor surveys
- Uphold the image of Service Centre in a professional manner at all times
- Adhere to company and Service Centre policies and procedures at all times
- Provide reports on the monthly basis (parts turnover rate, stock take report, failure rate report and finance reports)
- Ensure KPI’s are achieved and maintained at all times
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Technical/ professional experience:
- Minimum of 5 years Warehouse and Inventory Control Management
- Risks management
- Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Knowledge of turnover rate
- Strong management skills
- Advance MS Office knowledge
- Reporting Skills
- Strong Communication skills
