We are searching for a skilled CNC milling and CNC Lathe Operator and programmer. In this role, the successful applicant will handle the efficient operation and will be responsible for technical drawing, CNC programming, machining, milling, and programming tasks. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.
- Interpret technical blueprints and set up machines according to production specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to handle possible issues during the operation process.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting for optimal operation.
- Keep records of operations, production, and maintenance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency.
Requirements
- Two years' experience as CNC Operator or relevant role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Technical certification in CNC programming or related field, certificate or diploma in engineering or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and teamwork oriented.
- Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
