Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential US-based clients from qualified lead lists.
- Deliver effective scripts and adjust messaging as needed for engagement.
- Handle objections with professionalism and persistence.
- Maintain detailed call logs, lead updates, and CRM entries.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments set.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience (US/UK clients preferred).
- Fluent and confident in spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US PST (8 PM to 5 AM Johannesburg time).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software or spreadsheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, real estate, or digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
