• Manage call volumes professionally; educate debtors on consequences of non-payment and keep arrangements on track.
• Maintain accurate notes and current data; follow POPIA at all times.
• Work to personal/team targets while maintaining required QA rating.
• 2+ years call-centre experience (collections exposure preferred); strong communication and learning agility.
• Target-driven, resilient; solid computer skills.
• Matric. Able to work from home if/when required.
