Your Role:
- Conduct market research and deliver tailored property solutions.
- Support transactions and manage property listings.
- Negotiate and close sales and leases.
- Guide clients through property site visits and provide valuable insights and advice.
- Coordinate transaction materials and ensure seamless communication to facilitate a smooth process.
Requirements:
- Degree in Property Studies, LLB, BCom, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- 1-2 years' experience in commercial or residential property.
