Job Description
Provides dedicated support to the branch network on Home Loan products by delivering product updates, training, criteria changes, and acquisition tactics. The role is accountable for driving Home Loan sales through the branch channel, while providing relationship management, coordination, and technical expertise to internal channels (e.g., Universal Bankers and Private Bankers). This includes monitoring performance, ensuring service excellence, and equipping internal teams with the knowledge and skills required to achieve sales targets and deliver a superior client experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma (NQF 6) in Business, Commerce, Banking or a related field
Required Experience:
- 3-4 years’ proven experience in a banking and sales environment, with exposure to Home Loans or Secured Lending
- Demonstrated track record in driving acquisition, sales performance and client engagement within branch or private banking channels
- Experience in training, coaching or upskilling financial services staff, for example branch consultants or private bankers
- Knowledge of Home Loan processes, credit assessment and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with product-related systems and operational compliance standards within banking
