Job Description

Purpose of the Role

As a proficient consultant, your primary objective is to leverage your extensive expertise in various business aspects, including services offered and market dynamics. You will collaborate with clients to devise effective strategies, facilitate planning, and address challenges, all while ensuring that their unique business needs are met efficiently and successfully.

Skills You Must Have

Client Communication

Provide assistance to clients by addressing their queries.

Deliver high levels of client service at all times by answering all calls in a professional manner within the required time, and direct calls to the correct department

Portray professional image of the company when answering switchboard call

Ensure that all agreed external client service satisfaction objectives are met by tracking and adhering to agreed follow-ups, consistency of action and words as well as to ensure that the team has in depth knowledge to provide expert advice

Build strong sustainable relationships with the clients through professional interaction

Engage in client follow-ups to maintain communication and address any outstanding matters.

Internal Process Quality

Execute the necessary procedures to handle and manage documents efficiently.

Participate in the department’s projects and initiatives

Initiate follow-up procedures with the relevant department to address and resolve any outstanding issues or

Reduce operational vulnerability in departments by reviewing existing polices and identifying process optimizations.

Financial Performance

Achieve the predetermined targets in a timely manner by implementing the agreed-upon strategies and actions.

Qualifications

Additional Information

In-house Training will be provided, but we need you to be hands-on from the get-go.

Remuneration: The compensation package for this role will be discussed during the interview process.  It will be experience dependent and will be a combination of basic salary and incentives.
