We are seeking a Conveyancing Attorney based in Cape Town with a strong local network to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in conveyancing, strong client relationships, and the ability to work independently within a high-volume environment.
- Key duties:
- Managing conveyancing matters from instruction to registration
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents independently
- Liaising with clients, SARS, banks, councils, and attorneys
- Overseeing financial aspects and reconciliations
- Requirements:
- LLB degree, admitted attorney and conveyancer (mandatory)
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Notary admission (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, legal expertise, and tech proficiency
