We are looking for 2 Heads of a well known cookery school in Cape Town & Pretoria. Must have a hotel Diploma, and be strong in F&B & Kitchen. Also, it will cover the sales and marketing role. This person will oversee the heads of departments, Teachers, Chefs, admin etc. To run the entire school.
Only open to South Africans.
Lecturing experience would be a plus
Time as an Exec Chef or F&B Manager is a big advantage
Time in Sales and Marketing is essential to the job
Own transport advvantageous
R50K per month
