Duties
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling supplier statement to the monthly payment
- Follow up outatanding documents and queries
- Liase with buyers, suppliers and stores to resolve problems
- Keep filing up to date
- Preparing supplier payments
Requirements:
- A Finance related qualification (advantageous)
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a creditors clerk (advantageous)
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (intermediate to advance)
- Excellent time management skills
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Previous exposure to an ERP system
- Previous Debtors, Creditors and Cashbook experience
