The CRM MarTech Specialist role combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and operational execution to deliver impactful client communications and optimise the use of marketing technology across all APAC and ME markets. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of all CRM systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Braze platforms.Be the technical specialist for customer engagement platforms, with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze. Design and deploy journeys, automations, and data-led, personalised multi-channel campaigns that drive commercial outcomes.Support the strategic migration from SFMC to Braze for customer-focused communications, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced capabilities for new product launches and ongoing engagement.Partner with the APAC &amp; ME CRM Lead to understand system capabilities across the Martech stack, working to customise, develop, and support solutions across multiple platforms, including SFMC, Braze, Sales/Service Cloud, and associated systems.Ensure seamless integration with GCP, Looker, Movable Ink, and other Martech tools to optimise client experience and CRM efficiency.Build personalised, dynamic customer journeys using platform-specific tools:<br />o SFMC: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript<br />o Braze: Canvas, Liquid templating, Connected Content Marketing Automation and Martech OptimisationSupport the technical evaluation and implementation strategy for migrating communications from SFMC to Braze, ensuring minimal disruption and improved capability.Conduct regular audits of all systems to identify gaps and opportunities in the Martech stack, providing monthly recommendations to optimise platform use and operational performance.Develop proposals to maximise Martech utilisation and report on industry developments monthly to guide updates, optimisation, and improvement initiatives. Collaboration and Stakeholder ManagementTranslate business requirements into technical solutions across both platforms, providing consultative guidance on platform-specific best practices.Train and support marketing teams across regions on CRM best practices for SFMC and Braze to enhance their ability to deliver impactful communications.Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure robust data governance and integration across the customer engagement technology stack. Training and TroubleshootingConduct rigorous QA testing for campaigns, journeys, and configurations across SFMC and Braze to ensure flawless execution. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for marketing teams on both platforms.Maintain documentation of best practices, use cases, and optimisation strategies for enhancing client experience and system efficiency.Provide technical troubleshooting and support for complex campaigns and automations.Establish monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal performance during the transition phase and ongoing operationsWhat you’ll doSupport the rollout of our regional and local communications strategy and roadmap by ensuring excellent and efficient delivery using our comms technology.Work with the Divisional CRM team as well as the local marketing partners to understand their objectives and inform &amp; shape these based on operational capabilities.Support APAC &amp; ME CRM Lead to co-create, along with local marketing the end to end client communications. Design journeys, identify value opportunities, build emails, push and SMS and journeys and monitor performance to ensure continuous performance optimisationHelp execute delivery of a pipeline of requests from stakeholders, ensuring all requests are well defined, prioritised, clearly understood, and delivered to the highest possible quality.Be a brand guardian and ensure that all communications are delivered according to IG&#39;s brand guidelines and brand experience principlesYou will also ensure wider marketing teams are fully upskilled in best practices in order to create an engaging, immersive communications experiencesWhat will you need for this role? A technically skilled CRM specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.Comfortable building data-led, multi-channel journeys and campaign automations that support business objectives.Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a strong understanding of CRM best practices, dynamic content, and personalisation.Experienced in supporting platform migrations and optimising Martech stacks, including tools like GCP, Looker, and Movable Ink.Adept at translating marketing requirements into scalable technical executions across complex systems.A collaborative team player who works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Proactive in providing QA, troubleshooting, and technical support to enhance campaign performance and system reliability.Passionate about enabling regional teams through documentation, knowledge sharing, and platform training.Where you’ll workAs part of our hybrid working environment, you’ll split your time between home and the office.
