We're a rapidly growing home cleaning company seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. You'll be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations while supporting our cleaning teams.
This is a fully remote position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
- Coordinate with cleaning teams for optimal service delivery
- Handle inbound and outbound sales and follow ups
- Assist with quality assurance and customer feedback
- Interview and onboard cleaners for team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years customer service experience (home services preferred)
- 1+ years virtual assistant or remote work experience (US Based)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems
- Available during PST business hours (flexibility required)
- Sales experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
