Customer Supply Manager is accountable for the end to end management of Customer purchase orders including pre-sales support, customer order management and delivery execution.
She/He coordinates activities and communication to make sure key stakeholders are informed of critical tasks and actions driven to meet commitments to our customers.
As part of our team, you will:
- Be accountable for validation and registration of Customer POs (Sales mode, ERP, OM team)
- Manage Customer orders from order intake till invoicing including procurement, delivery and invoicing in full compliance with SOX and Nokia processes
- Coordinate deliverables from Order Management, Supply Chain and Transportation team
- Manage hardware delivery issues in collaboration with Supply Chain and Customer team
- Build a strong network with local NI team to understand the delivery challenges ahead and provide support in time
- Develop and drive continuous improvement/automation and digitalization initiatives
You have
- 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations processes
- Able to manage complex businesses ensuring communication with all key stakeholders
- Strong focus on Customer satisfaction and good business understanding
- Able to manage activities under pressure and critical deadlines
- Good communication
