CORE PURPOSE : Gather documents from various sources and extract information from these materials, capturing data into databases and storing hard copies.
KEY OUTPUTS
- Print mails/ orders.
- 1st capture and double capture.
- Limit data related errors affecting delivery and collection.
- Create a sequence.
- Print production packs.
- Check delivery dates /plan.
- Update the server with the latest data and documentation.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Checking revisions
- Identify and query errors on the bending schedules
- Maintain high levels of accuracy rate in data entry.
- Resolve any discrepancies in data within a defined time frame
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- ARMA plus/ Rebar tags experience would advantageous
- Computer literate – MS Office with excellent skills
