Department Coordinator: Foods

To deliver exceptional customer service and to ensure the store is completely ready for trade through effective stock control, security and store disciplines. Also being able to provide team members with clear direction and objectives for today’s tasks and planning and prioritizing these tasks to ensure today’s work gets completed today and all processes, policies and procedures are adhered to.

• Demonstrates customer service.
• Effectively manages stock.
• Demonstrates product knowledge
• Adheres to shop-keeping disciplines.
• Minimises shrinkage.
• Plan, co-ordinate and follow up on activities.
• Demonstrates personal leadership.

Preferably Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level
 Available and flexible to work different shifts
 Relevant years’ experience in the Retail/FMCG industry advantageous.
