TFG Media has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Channel Manager (“digital native”) to drive sales, strategies (website, social media and digital marketing), across the TFG Media brand portfolio
The successful candidate will form key internal, and 3rd party strategic business partnerships to drive creative, exciting campaigns that deliver measurable ROI for the portfolio’s subscription products across a variety of platforms, audiences and payment methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key input into digital strategies including social media and brand websites in conjunction with the executing agency
- Strategic growth and management of media portfolio sales on online platforms
- Alignment of TFG Media social media and websites with TFG retail brand social media and online presence
- Developing key strategic internal and external partner relationships (e.g. TFG trading company brands and Dentsu Creative), to deepen the further align digital strategies and goals
- Influencing and persuading internally and externally to achieve goals
- Content management (material/visuals/communication)
- Coordination of social media between external agencies
- Strategic input into the growth of the non-account holder (“cash”) subscription base through social media campaigns and strategies
- Sales campaign analysis
- Sales targets - driving all sales channels effectively to produce optimal results
- Regular reporting wrt. channel performance and strategies
- Understanding and reporting back on ROI measurement on platforms such as SEO, social media, Google, Facebook, X, Instagram, Tik Tok, email, Bots and UX.
- Understanding customer data to help predict trends, behaviour and preferences
- Improve customer personalisation in digital campaigns
- Understand and continue to learn how AI can be leveraged in the media, subscriptions and loyalty spaces to improve customer experience, promote engagement, reduce churn and improve acquisition conversions
Qualifications and Experience:
- A tertiary qualification or equal relevant experience on and at least three years’ experience in at least one or more of the following or related fields: Digital Marketing / AI / Social Media Management or Marketing Management
- Ability to effectively apply knowledge to ensure strategic growth of the portfolio
Skills:
- Understanding of emerging and existing communication technologies (e.g. bots, websites, social media / digital marketing, basic AI, e-commerce)
- Understanding of paid media strategies preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft platforms
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually with initiative
- Ability to present skillfully and confidentially when required
- Deadline driven Ability to work under pressure
