We are looking to hire a dynamic Marketing Manager or Marketing Specialist with a foundational understanding of digital marketing, design, social media, and event coordination (particularly small-scale office activations).
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Afrikaans, within a developed business environment.
Experience or interest in AI tools and platforms would be a strong advantage, as we increasingly integrate these tools into our marketing approach.
The role will be officially employed under First Impact, with the following workload split:
- 70% dedicated to FT-CT
- 30% supporting marketing activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Content creation and design (using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Social media scheduling, posting, and community management
- Coordinate small internal office events and marketing activations
- Support email marketing, reporting, and admin
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Explore or implement AI tools for efficiency and content generation
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong organisational skills and creative flair
- Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate experience in design and content creation
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (written & spoken)
- Passion for digital trends and AI tools (preferred)
- In-office, Monday to Friday at our Century City office
