Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and events
- Maintain marketing materials, databases, and digital assets
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
- Track marketing budgets and support invoice processing
