Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Diploma in Quality, Environmental, OH&S, Food, Technical Training, or related sector specific qualification.
- NQF Level 6
Work Experience
- 3 years relevant work experience in training and lead auditing with relevant professional registrations or recognitions.
- Proven track record in delivering learning and development solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Functional Management
- Manage and control all training programmes within scope of
- Present various training programmes within scope of control e., ISO 9001; ISO 22000; SANS 10331 and/or SANS 10049.
- Provide/facilitate after-training support on POE compilation to
- Facilitate training programmes using various visual media and various training methods e.g., case studies, role play and industry experience, etc.
- Contribute to the design, update, and grading of assessment tools according to ISO standards.
- Develop new course materials as standards are released / and/or revised or as per market
- Develop new methodologies of course delivery in line with technological developments / or in line with accreditation
- Align course material to SAATCA, SAQA and SETA
- Identify training needs using various methods such as questionnaires, interviews, reports
- Update the training material database regularly in order to ensure
- Conduct research regarding industry best practice and the impact of training to the industry environment.
- Enhance / modify existing course material so as to ensure that the customer requirements are met to ensure retention of the customer base.
Risk and Compliance Management
- Assist in identifying and adhering to fraud controls, risk prevention principles, sound governance and compliance processes, and tools to identify and manage risks.
- Support and provide evidence to all internal and external audit, Accreditation and ISO requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, policies and Standard Operating Procedures throughout the organisation.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships for the purpose of expectations management, knowledge sharing and integration, and to manage the organisation’s reputation.
- Represent and participate in the organisation’s committees and tasks teams when required.
- Convene and attend meetings and present relevant information stakeholders when required.
- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service.
- Resolve queries and problems within span of control and within agreed time frames.
- Follow up on unresolved queries, complaints where required.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding follow-up of information, as required.
