Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients face-to-face, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, thrives in a target-driven environment, and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Meet with clients at their premises
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably field-based
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
