Roles & Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
- To assist the Field Service team both in-house and on site with services
- The incumbent is required to employ his trade skills and experience in the servicing, repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Carry out on work that may not specifically relate to bearings such as, Materials Handling, Drive repairs, Condition Monitoring, mechanical fitting etc
- Carry out all work in accordance with legislative norms and engineering standards
- Maintain trade tools and general equipment in good order
- Maintain the work environment in a clean state and to a safe standard.
- General housekeeping
- Assist with mechanical product installations
- Assist with mechanical services and maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Experience in fitting and maintenance in Mining and Engineering field
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to work both on surface and underground in a mining environment
- Able to undergo and pass a medical fitness examination
