Role Summary:
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and commissioning services at customer sites. Ensures EM solutions are installed correctly, meet application requirements, and deliver reliable performance. Builds trusted relationships with customers through professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair products at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, and customers.
- Train customers in correct product use and optimisation.
- Support field specification efforts through product demonstrations, application support and site assessments.
Essential Requirements:
- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- Experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
