Main Job Purpose
To plan, lead, organise, control and support all aspects of the Fitment Centre’s operations and resources, ensuring alignment with company strategy and standards to drive sustainable performance and growth.
Main Objectives
- Drive revenue and sales by building and maintaining a strong customer base.
- Achieve budget and profitability targets through effective stock and cash management.
- Build a high-performing team culture driven by communication, trust, accountability, and performance tracking.
- Ensure world-class customer service levels and targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and best administrative practices, reducing risk and stock losses.
- Champion continuous learning and development for self and staff.
- Enforce performance management, mentoring, and disciplinary standards through the company’s Talent Management and IDP processes.
Critical Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Commerce Degree
- General Management 5 Diploma (essential for internal candidates)
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of PG Glass product range
- Solid understanding of people management principles
- Familiarity with company policies and operational procedures
Skills:
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Financial and budgeting proficiency
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years total work experience
- At least 3 years in a management role
