We are seeking to appoint an experienced and professional Fleet Sales Specialist to join our organisation.
Position Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for driving fleet sales performance by developing and managing strategic customer relationships, securing new business opportunities, and consistently meeting set sales objectives. This position requires a results-oriented individual with proven expertise in the motor industry, combined with high attention to detail and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new fleet business opportunities in line with the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate, government, and private fleet customers.
- Conduct needs analysis and propose tailored fleet solutions aligned to customer requirements.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and tenders in accordance with company policies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets.
- Coordinate vehicle orders, delivery schedules, and aftersales support in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motor industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
- Accurately record and report on all sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in accordance with company reporting standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven fleet sales experience within the motor industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid and unendorsed driver’s license.
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Ability to work independently and within a structured team environment.
