Looking for FMCG Sales Representative with experience in sales to Retail, within the Food & Beverage space.
We are expanding and need a vibrant, highly driven and commission driven sales rep to join our company. The job entails calling on existing retail customers as well as finding new business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Travelling throughout Gauteng & Centurion - servicing existing clients and growing the portfolio to achieve monthly set targets.
Manage the current customer base with intent to grow new business.
Responsible for sales, managing orders, preparing activity reports and marketing new products.
Research and identify new business opportunities.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance.
Ensuring products are correctly placed on shelf and pricing labels are correctly displayed.
Making sure shelves are always full and any backup stock is rotated correctly.
Experience & Requirements
Valid Drivers licence and own car – non negotiable
Must have contactable references
At least 2-3 years' experience selling into the FMCG sector
A self-starter, keen, ambitious, and hungry to get results. Relentless and experienced in reaching out to leads and generating sales.
Excellent verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic Salary plus petrol and phone allowance. Uncapped commission earning potential once targets are reached.
