What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers with custom-made furniture orders, including fabric choices, design ideas, and measurements
- Driving sales through excellent service—both online and in-store
- Managing and updating our website, including product listings and content
- Creating engaging posts and stories for our social media platforms
- Handling general administration and keeping our systems up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, design consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of furniture design, fabric selection, and taking measurements
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Confident using PCs and admin systems
- Social media savvy – you know how to connect with customers online
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
