B Eng/BSc Degree/ B Tech advanced diploma in:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Chemical, Process Control)
- Environmental Science
- Mine Survey
- Extraction Metallurgy
- Geology
- Information Technology
- The comprehensive bursary will cover registration & tuition fees, accommodation & meals , living allowance, book allowance, once-off laptop allowance.
- Practical work for bursary holders as prescribed by the institution of study.

HOW TO APPLY:
Applicants can only apply for one discipline Ÿ Applicants should comply with the minimum entry requirements as prescribed by the relevant universities Ÿ Bursary opportunities are only available to South African citizens Ÿ Nominated applicants will need to go through a selection process (including psychometric assessments, background screening and medical examinations) Ÿ Successful candidates should be willing to be placed at any of Tronox Business Unit Operations on completion of studies. Applicants from the local communities surrounding the Namakwa Sands sites (Saldanha and Matzikama Municipalities) will be given preference.
