Implement, monitor and control Kronos (time and attendance) processes according to quality standards and relevant policy.
Ensure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of end-to-end standard operating procedures and processes.
Perform regular audits and analyse data to make recommendations.
Provide guidance, awareness, training and solutions to ensure accurate transfer of system knowledge.
Ensure the Kronos system is accessible with valid data for payroll processing and drive continuous improvement and identify and manage operational risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Finance or Related Field
Minimum experience:
5 years’ experience as a Kronos manager

Knowledgeable in managing time and attendance processes
