At FCM Travel Solutions, we’re growing our RSA-based M&E team – and we’re looking for a skilled, service-driven Group Travel Consultant to help us deliver exceptional client experiences.

✈️ About the Role

As a Group Travel Consultant, you’ll coordinate group air bookings, venue sourcing, and related logistics for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to ensure every detail is handled with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Manage group travel and venue sourcing for corporate M&E clients

• Deliver exceptional, proactive service while meeting tight deadlines

• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships

• Accurately interpret client needs and provide tailored solutions

• Meet and exceed turnaround time SLAs

• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally

• Follow FCM’s One Best Way (OBW) systems and processes

• Work towards KPIs while maximising preferred supplier usage

• Stay engaged with internal comms and team development initiatives

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Experience with group travel bookings (essential)

• GDS proficiency – Amadeus preferred (essential)

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Strong customer service background, ideally in travel or events

• Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to influence and consult clients effectively

• Positive attitude and commitment to personal growth

• Knowledge of venue sourcing and MICE suppliers (desired)

• Experience using Cvent or Wrike (a plus)
