Qualifications:

Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in vehicle finance, banking, or automotive sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong understanding of vehicle financing products, credit risk, and dealer networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
