Role Purpose
To engage with potential Momentum Health members, to provide administrative support on the Momentum Health value proposition in order to facilitate membership of Momentum Health and provide ongoing engagement activities.
Requirements
- Matric
- RE5 Qualification
- FAIS Accredited qualification
- CMS Health accreditation
- Gap cover accreditation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant Health Sales and Advice experience
- Proven track record in excellent sales and advice
- Minimum of 2 years of Retention or Onboarding experience
- Knowledge of Oracle (Health System)
- Face to Face sales experience an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
INTERNAL PROCESS
- Adhere to organisational best practice and legislative requirements
- To understand and convey the full Momentum Health Value Proposition including ancillary products such as Multiply, Health Saver, Momentum Gap cover and any other additional products as required
- Communicate any outstanding underwriting requirements and Final decision letters to clients
- Queue management – Health system BIN for all after sales queries and requests
- Drive and support the achievement of targets and KPI’s
- Retention of existing clients – unpaid report and lapse client interaction
- Client Servicing
- Potential face to face sales – when required
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Engage with potential members to facilitate membership of Momentum Health in timeously and in a professional manner
- Display the Momentum Metropolitan value in all interactions with clients / potential clients
- New Business administration : activation of memberships, engagement relating to Underwriting Final decision letters and Outstanding requirements
- Action on requests and instructions of the Health system : Oracle, Sales Record updates
- General Administration support to team
- Identify opportunities for improvements to processes
