Job Advert Summary
To provide professional, efficient and accurate administrative support to the Human Resources function at Vereeniging Pumping Station. Provide friendly, approachable, service-oriented front-line experience for both visitors and staff. Responsible for seamless coordination and administration of on site Employee Wellness service and the Employee Relations offices, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric
- 2 years administrative experience
- Desired a Diploma or recognised qualification in Human Resources Administration will serve as an added advantage
Primary Duties
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support within the Human Resources Department as and when required
- Carrying out administration duties and support pertaining to the Employee Relation function as well as Wellbeing as and when required
- Be able to provide effective customer service to all stakeholders including Management, Supervisors, Organised Labour and to all Rand Water employees

- Typing 40 wpm
- Good English communication (both written and spoken
- Good administrative and organising skills
