Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver ICT projects/programmes/portfolios from initiation to close-out. Align ICT initiatives with organisational strategy and priorities. Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and governance frameworks. Monitor performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required. Core Competencies Strong ICT project/programme management expertise. Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. Ability to translate strategy into actionable ICT initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (NQF 7). Project Management Certification (e.g., PMBOK , PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe ). At least 10 years’ experience managing complex ICT projects/programmes/portfolios.
